Sanrio is collaborating with the Golden Kamuy franchise for the second time to release special merchandise with the series’ main characters. The collaboration consists of 11 unique designs, with each of them featuring a Sanrio mascot and a Golden Kamuy character.
In addition, pop-up shops and collaboration cafes will be held at three locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. More information about the latest Sanrio collaboration will be announced at a later date. The first collaboration was a series of merchandise that was released in December 2022.
The fourth season of Golden Kamuy will return to broadcast this coming April, following an extended production delay announced last November. The series initially premiered in Japan on October 4, 2022 and is based on the historical adventure manga series by Satoru Noda. The first and second seasons premiered in 2018, while the third season premiered in 2020. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime worldwide, except in Japan.
