Sanrio is collaborating with the Golden Kamuy franchise for the second time to release special merchandise with the series’ main characters. The collaboration consists of 11 unique designs, with each of them featuring a Sanrio mascot and a Golden Kamuy character.
In addition, pop-up shops and collaboration cafes will be held at three locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. More information about the latest Sanrio collaboration will be announced at a later date. The first collaboration was a series of merchandise that was released in December 2022.

The fourth season of Golden Kamuy will return to broadcast this coming April, following an extended production delay announced last November. The series initially premiered in Japan on October 4, 2022 and is based on the historical adventure manga series by Satoru Noda. The first and second seasons premiered in 2018, while the third season premiered in 2020. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime worldwide, except in Japan.
Viz releases the manga series in English and describes the synopsis as:
In the early twentieth century, Russo-Japanese War veteran Saichi “Immortal” Sugimoto scratches out a meager existence during the postwar gold rush in the wilderness of Hokkaido. When he stumbles across a map to a fortune in hidden Ainu gold, he sets off on a treacherous quest to find it. But Sugimoto is not the only interested party, and everyone who knows about the gold will kill to possess it! Faced with the harsh conditions of the northern wilderness, ruthless criminals and rogue Japanese soldiers, Sugimoto will need all his skills and luck—and the help of an Ainu girl named Asirpa — to survive.
