Crunchyroll recently announced that it will be adding more Japanese music content, such as concert performances and music videos, to its streaming services. The new Japanese music content comes from the catalog of Sony Music Entertainment Japan, which includes music from Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Ikimonogakari, UVERworld, BURNOUT SYNDROMES, Porno Graffitti, SAYURI, Queen Bee, milet, DISH//, hitorie, Ryokuoushoku Shakai, Hitsujibungaku, okazakitaiiku, Flower Flower, and many more.

Crunchyroll first revealed its new music initiative during the 2023 Anime Awards this past March. The company aims to become a music and content hub with many music videos and contemporary artists from Sony Music Entertainment Japan. An extensive library of short-form music videos and more than 100 full-length live concerts are now available to watch on Crunchyroll.

More information can be found on Crunchyroll’s new music hub page. The hub features music video curation, artist listing pages, and search integration, followed by a dedicated music landing page/screen, enhanced discoverability and show page integrations.
