The upcoming Hoshikuzu Telepath TV anime adaptation has received a second trailer. In addition to showing off more of the characters and the pleasant visuals, the video previews the main cast’s model rocket-building activities and the opening song “Ten to Sen” by Miku Itou.

Hoshikuzu Telepath is based on the “’yuri’ and ‘space’” manga by Rasuko Ookuma, which began in May 2019 and has three tankoubon volumes as of October 2022. The series follows Umika, a reserved student, and Yu, a transfer student and self-proclaimed alien who can grasp the feelings of others by putting their foreheads together. It is serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine and published under the Manga Time KR Comics label.

Kaori (The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2, Yuyushiki) is directing the anime at Studio Gokumi and is also serving as series composer with Natsuko Takahashi (Farewell, My Dear Cramer). Takahiro Sakai (Yuki Yuna is a Hero) is the character designer and chief animation director. Other staff include:

• Compositing director: Folium’s Daisuke Chiba (The Quintessential Quintuplets movie, Hololive Alternative 2nd Teaser PV [under their tyao pen name])
• Color designer: Ritsuko Utagawa (Dark Gathering, Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You)
• Art director: Studio Tulip’s Daisuke Negishi (I’ve Somehow Gotten Stronger When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills)
• Music composer: sakai asuka (Yuyushiki)

Meanwhile, the cast includes Yurie Funato as Umika, Seria Fukagawa as Yu, Moe Nagamuta as Haruno, Shiki Aoki as Matataki, Natsumi Takamori as Emihara-sensei, and Hina Youmiya as Honami Konohoshi.
