Detective Conan: Zero’s Tea Time Airs April 4th in Japan, Unveils New PV Trailer

Detective Conan: Zero’s Tea Time is scheduled to debut on Japanese television stations on April 4th, 2022. A brand new 1-minute PV trailer to promote the Detective Conan spinoff series was also released ahead of its broadcast date.

Netflix will stream the anime outside of Japan at an unspecified date. More details regarding that are expected to be announced by the company at some point later on.

Singer RAKURA is providing vocals for the opening theme “Shooting Star” and Rainy is singing the ending “Find the truth.”

Tomochi Kosaka (ReLIFE) is serving as director for the series. Yoshiko Nakamura (Sasaki and Miyano) is handling screenwriting while Chie Saitou (22/7) is the supervisor of chief animation. Kyouko Yoshimi (Aikatsu Friends!) is doing the anime’s character designs and contributing to animation supervision. Musical duo TOMISIRO (Isekai Shokudou 2) is scoring the series’ music. TMS Entertainment will be in charge of animation production.

Netflix describes Zero’s Tea Time as:

Sometimes he is the famed detective Kogoro Mori’s younger brother, Toru Amuro. Other times he is Rei Furuya, a police officer protecting Japan. Still other times he is Bourbon, a man clad in black. No one knows the private life of the man who wears three faces…or so it was thought. The simple everyday life of Toru Amuro, a man cloaked in light and shadow, is revealed here.
