Senryuu Girl have made history this week on Anime Trending’s (AT) Charts as it becomes the first ever short anime to top the anime charts. It also ended on a great note as it dominated the other charts this week, with the anime already securing early victories for the best girl and favorite ship award for this season, with a week to spare, as its titular character Nanako Yukishiro returns to the top spot for the 4th time in a row in the female charts this week, way past ahead of her other competitors for the title.
It’s also the same with Yukushiro’s pairing with Eiji Busujima which also returned in the couple-ship chart’s top spot for the 4th time in a row and also getting way past ahead of their other competitors in terms of number of weeks won. Busujima also went up in the male rankings, improving by two spots to its highest position yet at #7.
Although his ships might be comparatively inferior in the rankings than those of Fuutarou Uesugi, Nariyuki Yuiga has at least beaten Uesugi in terms of peak rankings as the former moves up to #2 in this week’s male rankings – which is higher than Uesugi’s peak rank of #3. He now actually ties Shidou Itsuka (Date A Live) as the harem lead character with the highest peak rank of all time. Yuiga this week is just behind Tanjirou Kamado as this week’s top male who was returning to the top spot after 7 weeks.
Fumino Furuhashi (We Never Learn) meanwhile re-enters the female charts at #10 and is back as the second highest BokuBen ship as her ship with Yuiga moves up by 2 spots back to #6. Mikasa Ackerman continues her resurgence meanwhile in the female charts as it improves by another 3 spots and is now at #4 – just a spot away from her peak rank this season.
