Crunchyroll announced the world premiere for Dr. STONE at Anime Expo 2019 alongside the official anime website’s announcement yesterday. Attendees will get to watch the first episode on Thursday, July 4th at 12:00 PM. Special guests at the panel include anime producer Shusuke Katagiri and Weekly SHONEN JUMP editor Hiroyuki Honda. Following the premiere, fans will have the opportunity for a Q&A.
Anime Expo 2019 will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center between July 4 and 7. Main Events Hall B will host the Dr. STONE world premiere.
