The official Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms (Japanese) website announced the DVD/Blu-ray release date October 26th for Japan. BANDAI NAMCO Art Channel uploaded a preview for the home release.
With animation production by P.A. Works, the film was originally released in Japan on February 24, 2018. Notable staff behind the anime movie included:

The home release comes with special limited edition bonus features including a “short script” written by Mari Okada not depicted in the film and an exclusive 40 minute “Making-of-the-Production” video documentary featuring the behind the scenes footage from the production, opening remarks given during the nationwide pre-screenings and more.

Maquia is from a clan where all the members stop aging in their mid teens. She has no parents and, although her days are peaceful, she feels lonely. Their peace is shattered when an army invades, seeking the secret to her people’s immortality. Leilia, the most beautiful girl in her clan, is taken away, and the boy Maquia has secret feelings for disappears. Maquia is able to escape, but she loses her friends and her home. Wandering alone in the forest, she finds Erial, a baby boy who has lost his parents. The story follows the changing relationship between the two as Erial grows up and Maquia does not. Eleven Arts released the film in the United States on July 20 and Canada on July 27. It debuted in the US during Anime Expo on July 6.
Maquia: When the Promised Flower Bloom will qualify as a nominee for the upcoming 5th Anime Trending Awards Best Anime Film of 2018.
