Migi & Dali Airs October 2023, Releases New PV Trailer

A new PV trailer has been released for the upcoming Migi & Dali anime series, which will premiere in Japan sometime in October 2023. 

Mankyuu (The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls Theater Climax Season director and scriptwriter) is directing the anime and serving as its series screenwriter as well. Ayumi Nishihata (Otherside Picnic) is serving as character designer, while Hiroko Sebu (I Want to Eat Your Pancreas) is composing the music. GEEKTOYS is handling the animation production, with CompTown providing additional assistance and FRONTIER ENGINE producing the overall show. 

Meanwhile, the main voice cast includes Shun Horie as Migi, Ayumu Murase as Dali, Shintarou Asanuma as Shunpei Akiyama, Shunsuke Takeuchi as Maruta Tsutsumi, and Kengo Kawanishi as Eiji Ichijo.

The original manga series from Haven’t You Heard? I’m Sakamoto creator Nami Sano was launched in Enterbrain’s Harta magazine from July 15, 2017 to November 15, 2021. It was published under the Harta Comix label. A total of seven tankoubon volumes have been released.

Migi & Dali takes place in the American suburb-styled Origon Village in Kita Ward during the early 1990s. The story follows a newly adopted boy named Hitori, who secretly has a twin brother. The twins’ goal is to avenge the death of their mother.
