Re:Dive Season 2<\/em> sees <em>Season 1<\/em>\u00a0director\u00a0<strong>Takaomi Kanasaki<\/strong> (<em>KONOSUBA\u00a0-God&#8217;s blessing on this wonderful world!<\/em>) switching to the chief director role while<strong>\u00a0Yasuo Iwamoto<\/strong>, who contributed storyboards to the first season, takes over the director spot. However, <strong>Kanasaki<\/strong> is still maintaining his series composer role. Meanwhile, <strong>Mai Watanabe<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater<\/em>\u00a0animation director) is joining returning staff\u00a0<strong>Yasuyuki Noda<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Satomi Kurita<\/strong>, and<strong>\u00a0Yang Lie Jun<\/strong>\u00a0as a character designer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other new staff include <strong>Saori Gouda<\/strong> (<em>Akudama Drive<\/em>) as color designer and <strong>Ogiso Nobuhisa<\/strong> (<em>Seton Academy: Join the Pack!<\/em>) as art director, while other returning staff include<strong> Hisashi Yonezawa<\/strong>&nbsp;as photography director. Re:Dive <\/em>ran from April to June 2020, with a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uSNFUa5XFq4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teaser trailer for the second season<\/a> released in August of that year.
