It&#8217;s based on <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">the 2018 book written by<strong>\u00a0Hiro Yuki<\/strong>\u00a0and illustrated by\u00a0<strong>Kazumi Ikeda<\/strong>\u00a0(<i>Clannad<\/i> character designer), in which a girl who believes in the gods meets a boy who denies them and proclaims that the age of electricity has arrived. The two end up on a journey across Kyoto and Shiga to find a book called the \u201cElectricity Catalog.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plans for an adaptation were announced in 2018.
