Crunchyroll has announced that it is collaborating with Three Ten Merchandising Services to bring a special pop-up experience at Los Angeles’ The Loop retail space. The Loop will have its grand opening in mid-June at Westfield Topanga Mall in Canoga Park, Los Angeles, California.
Crunchyroll’s pop-up space at The Loop will feature “immersive activations, exclusive merchandise, collectibles, themed environments, and fan experiences” that are inspired by anime, gaming, music, and more.
The first wave of anime series to be highlighted at the pop-up space include Solo Leveling, Sentenced to Be a Hero, and Bananya, which will have activations that run until August 2026. Visitors will be able to visit three immersive rooms that will include photo ops, audio/visual installations, replica props, and more. Three additional anime activations will debut later this summer.
The pop-up’s retail shop at The Loop will have a collection of exclusive products inspired by the three featured anime titles, including apparel, figures, plushies, and home goods. A limited number of Crunchyroll-branded items will also be available for purchase at the venue.
General admission for the activation experiences in The Loop is free, with a standby line when the space is at capacity. Crunchyroll subscribers will be granted special early access to the experience, with more details to be announced at a later date.
A special limited edition 3-pack of pins will also be available for purchase for US$15.00, allowing visitors to skip the line with a day-of fast pass access.
More information about Crunchyroll’s pop-up experience and The Loop’s opening date can be found on The Loop’s official website.
