Crunchyroll is streaming Oblivion Battery and describes the main synopsis as:

Iron-armed pitcher, Haruka Kiyomine, and the shrewd catcher, Kei Kaname, AKA the “Skilled General,” were once an unrivaled, monstrous battery duo in the middle-school baseball world. Their meeting sets everything into motion once again. Their high school baseball story begins now!
