Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board! Arrives for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam on July 16

SEGA has announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board! will be launching on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam in North America and Europe on July 16, 2024. 

The game is currently available on the Nintendo Switch in physical and digital formats worldwide, with pre-orders for each now available for US$59.99 before tax. In addition, a physical edition of the game is also available for pre-order on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.

Those who order the digital edition of Sweep the Board! will receive the following: 

  • • Base game 
  • • A set of four stamps featuring Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira
    • ○ Stamps are used for player communication in-game and are available to use in the “Sweep the Board” game mode.

In addition, those who pre-order the digital edition ahead of July 16, 2024 will receive three premium tickets when it launches this July. Premium tickets are digital items that can be exchanged for a variety of in-game rewards, and can also be freely earned through normal gameplay. 

Both Genya Shinazugawa and Kanao Tsuyuri will also be added to the game through a free update in Summer 2024.

Sweep the Board! was first released on the Nintendo Switch in Japan on April 25, 2024. It is the second overall console game in the Demon Slayer franchise after Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles, which was released in Japan and in English in Asia in October 2021.
