Back in July, it was announced that CAPCOM‘s Street Fighter 6 would have a special collaboration with the upcoming Spy x Family Code: White anime movie. A new announcement has revealed that collaboration contents will arrive in the game starting January 9, and to drum up excitement, there’s a WIT STUDIO-produced animation of Yor and Chun Li having a brief bout in the Suval’hal Arena stage.

You can watch the two formidable fighters exchanging kicks below:

Spy x Family Code: White is set to release in Japanese theaters on December 22. The WIT STUDIO and Cloverworks-produced movie will see the Forger family heading to the Frigis region after Loid suggests that Anya make the region’s melemele confectionary, a response to rumors of an Eden Academy cooking competition that will grant a Stella Star to the winner. While Yor deals with feelings of uneasiness after seeing Loid with a mysterious woman, Anya ends up swallowing chocolate found in a suspicious trunk, with said chocolate containing a secret that can alter the peaceful balance of the world.

Street Fighter 6 was released on June 2 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam as the latest entry in the popular fighting game franchise. The title introduces some new playable characters as well as the World Tour single-player story mode, which allows players to explore various locations and learn fighting styles from Masters with custom avatars. CAPCOM reported in early July that the game had sold over 2 million units worldwide.

The Spy x Family anime began in 2022 with a split-cour first season and currently has an ongoing second season that premiered in October of this year. The series is based on the Shueisha-published action-comedy manga by Tatsuya Endou, which Viz Media describes as:

Not one to depend on others, Twilight has his work cut out for him procuring both a wife and a child for his mission to infiltrate an elite private school. What he doesn’t know is that the wife he’s chosen is an assassin and the child he’s adopted is a telepath!
