A new third PV trailer has been released for the upcoming second season of Kizuna no Allele, which previews the new opening theme “‘Perfect World!!’” by music group PathTLive. Season two will premiere on October 4, 2023. The first season aired from April 4, 2023 to June 20, 2023.
The main voice cast consists of Ayumi Hinohara as Miracle, Rina Kawaguchi as Quan, Hikari Kodama as Chris, Yuka Nukui as Noelle, Arisa Hanawa as Riz, and Kizuna AI as herself.
Additional voice cast members for the other music groups featured in the series include Nozomi Nagumo as Jua and Tsukino as Thea for VICONIC; Yuuri Matsuoka as Nisaka, Randhi as Jessie, Haruka Yoshiki as Ellie, Hina Natsume as Sarah, and Hinaki Yano as Halle for BRT5; and Ruri Arai as Ximena, Nao Furuhata as Zoe, and Yuuna Kitahara as Sofia for 3DM8.
Kenichirou Komaya (Yo-Kai Watch Shadowside Oni-ou no Fukkatsu assistant director) is directing the anime, with Deko Akao (When Will Ayumu Make His Move?) as series screenwriter, Shiori Asaka (Dragon Goes House–Hunting co-character designer) and Niina Morita (Dragon Goes House–Hunting setting production) as character designers. WIT STUDIO and SIGNAL.MD are the animation production companies for the series.
Other staff members include Mitsuko Sekimoto (Mars Red) as color designer, Masakazu Miyake (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) as art director, Ryou Sasaki (SD Gundam World Heroes) as CG director, Mayuko Koike (Wave, Listen to Me) as photography director, and Gou Sakabe (Date A Live IV) as music composer.

Crunchyroll is streaming Kizuna no Allele and describes the series as:
