Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange Drops Main Trailer

With its September 30 premiere date close by, the Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange anime has received a main trailer that includes a preview of the main characters’ voices.

The anime is based on the manga written by Masahito Soda and drawn by Kuro Tomiyama, which began serialization in Monthly Shonen Magazine in 2020. The story follows three young firefighters, Shun Onoda, Daigo Toake, and Yuki Nakamura, and also features the appearance of Shiro Amakusa, a character from Soda’s 1995 manga Firefighter!: Daigo of Fire Company M/Megumi no Daigo. Seven tankoubon volumes have been released as of May 2023.

The staff of the Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange anime includes Masahiko Murata (To Your Eternity Season 1) as director, Shinzou Fujita (To Your Eternity) as series composer, and Hitomi Tsuruta (Futsal Boys!!!!! sub-character designer) and Kouji Yabuno (To Your Eternity) as character designers. Brain’s Base is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Junya Enoki as Daigo, Taku Yashiro as Shun, Ayane Sakura as Yuki, Yuuichi Nakamura as Sadaie Matoi, Tetsu Inada as Kyosuke Yamagami, Youhei Azakami as Hasebe, and Ryouta Iwasaki as Watari.
