Ensemble Stars!! Tsuioku Selection “Crossroad” Premieres in November, Previews Deadmanz in 1st Trailer

The upcoming Ensemble Stars!! Tsuioku Selection “Crossroad” web anime recently received its first full-length trailer, two visuals, and a November premiere date. It was also announced that there will be a pre-screening event on November 3 at PACIFICO Yokohama before its premiere on the Ensemble Stars YouTube channel.

Both the new trailer and one of the new visuals are focused on the Deadmanz unit.

The Ensemble Stars! multimedia franchise began with a 2015 mobile game from Happy Elements. Crossroad was originally the name of an event story that debuted in the game on July 2017. Other anime in the franchise include the 2019 Ensemble Stars! anime series, the 2022 Ensemble Stars!! -Road to Show!!- movie, and the recent Ensemble Stars!! Tsuioku Selection “Element.” 

Like “Element,” the staff of Ensemble Stars!! Tsuioku Selection “Crossroad” includes Osamu Yamasaki (Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles) as director, Shinichi Inotsume (Spy Classroom) as series composer, and Kenji Kawai (Ghost in the Shell) as music composer. DandeLion Animation Studio is the animation production company while Akira (Ensemble Stars! series composer) is credited with the scenario drafts.

The cast includes Toshiki Masuda as Rei Sakuma, Yuuichirou Umehara as Keito Hasumi, Yuuki Ono as Koga Ogami, Shinichirou Kamio as Kuro Kiryu, Wataru Hatano as Adonis Otogari, Keisuke Kaminaga as Souma Kanzaki, Yuuichi Hose as Chiaki Morisawa, and Hikaru Midorikawa as Eichi Tenshouin.
