The Doctor Elise anime adaptation has received a teaser trailer, teaser visual, and January 2024 premiere date.
The main cast was also revealed, including Yui Ishikawa as Elise de Clarence, Youhei Azakami as Linden de Romanoff, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Graham de Fallon.
Doctor Elise is based on Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady With the Lamp, which was originally a South Korean web novel written by yuin that was serialized on Kakaopage from 2015 to 2016. A webtoon adaptation by mini was serialized on the same site from 2017 to 2021. In Japan, the webtoon is serialized on Piccoma and published physically under KADOKAWA’s Flos Comic label.
Lezhin currently publishes the webtoon in English digitally. Former English publisher Tappytoon describes the story as:

The anime is directed by Kumiko Habara (I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss) at MAHO FILM with Deko Akao (My Stepmom`s Daughter Is My Ex) as series screenwriter and Yuuko Watanabe (A Playthrough of a Certain Dude’s VRMMO Life co-designer) as character designer.
