Ani-One Asia has revealed that it will stream A Galaxy Next Door and Birdie Wing -Golf Girls’ Story- Season 2 on its YouTube channel for the Spring 2023 anime season.

A Galaxy Next Door will premiere on April 9 at 1:30 AM UTC+8 while Birdie Wing -Golf Girls’ Story- Season 2 will debut on April 8  at 1 AM UTC+8.

A Galaxy Next Door is based on the Kodansha-published manga by Gido Amagakure.  Ryuuichi Kimura (Aikatsu Planet!) is directing the show at Asahi Production. The plot is described as:

Since his parents died, manga artist Ichiro has barely scraped by, forced to support his two younger siblings on just a middle school education. Suddenly, a new assistant pops into Ichiro’s life, and his prospects immediately start to brighten. She’s a beautiful artist, who always finishes on time. Soon, she makes a confession that bends Ichiro’s mind beyond the confines of Earth…”I’m the princess from Meteor country. I will become married to the person who is connected with my thorn.”

Meanwhile, Birdie Wing -Golf Girls’ Story- Season 2 is the delayed follow-up to the BN Pictures-produced original anime that  ran from April to June 2022. Takayuki Inagaki is the director. The plot is described as:

It is youth story about golf and two girls, Eve and Aoi. The two come from completely different backgrounds, and have the completely opposite play styles, and together they shake the world of golf. In order to fulfil her promise, Eve comes to Japan from Europe to find Aoi. The new stage of the story is Raiou Girls’ Academy, where there will be new opponents and new challenges. The much-anticipated Season 2 now begins!
