Birdie Wing Season 2 Main Trailer Released


BN Pictures has released the main trailer for Birdie Wing ‐Golf Girls’ Story‐ Season 2, which is set to premiere on April 4. The opening song “Venus Line” by Kohmi Hirose is previewed in it.

Birdie Wing Season 2 was originally meant to premiere in January. The first season ran from April to June 2022.

The anime is set in a European country called Nafres and revolves around two women golf players: Eve of the “Rainbow-colored Bullet” (Akari Kitou), a gifted golf player who bets in order to make a living, and Aoi Amawashi the “Innocent Tyrant” (Asami Seto), an elite golfer who is connected to a large corporation and has a pure love for the sport.

Birdie Wing‘s staff includes Takauki Inagaki (Sky Wizards Academy) as director, Yousuke Kuroda (My Hero Academia Season 5) as series composer, BANDAI NAMCO Studios as original character designer, Kei Ajiki (Yotsuiro Biyori) as character designer, and Shin Misawa (Gingitsune director) as golf course designer and concept designer.

Other staff members include Minoru Akiba (Rent-A-Girlfriend) and Shin Maeda as art directors, Tomoe Takaya (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma‑kun Season 2) as color designer, Koujirou Hayashi (Tawawa on Monday Season 2) as photography director, and Koutarou Nakagawa (Major 2nd) and Hironori Anazawa (SCARLET NEXUS) as music composers.
