New character trailers are set to follow every day.

Kizuna no Allele will begin airing on April 3 (effectively April 4, 1:30 AM JST) in Japan. The anime is inspired by the VTuber Kizuna Ai. The plot is described as:

This is a story about the bonds between girls.
Kizuna AI appeared like a comet in the virtual world, becoming massively popular in the blink of an eye.
After five consecutive years of gracing the Lapin Doll—the highest honor of the Virtual Grid Awards—she disappeared as quickly as she came.
Several months have passed since then…
ADEN Academy is a school that speciaRizes in training new talent who will make their debut in the virtual world.
There, students each with their own hopes and dreams work hard every day.
“I wanna be a virtual artist just like AI!”
A young girl named Miracle enrolls in ADEN Academy with this conviction in her heart.
There, she’ll meet all kinds of people and make wonderful new memories with them as they each pursue their dreams.

Melvyn originally wanted to write about video games, and he did so for a few years, starting from his college days. He still writes about video games sometimes, but now focuses on anime-related news content and the occasional review. Some of his free time is spent self-learning Japanese, both out of interest in the language and because English-translated light novels and manga are expensive. Every anime season, Melvyn looks forward to discovering new standout episodes and OP/ED animation sequences, as well as learning about the storyboard artists and directors behind them.
