Rokudo’s Bad Girls Reveals 1st Trailer

The Rokudo’s Bad Girls (Rokudou no Onnatachi) anime adaptation has received its first trailer ahead of the show’s April premiere. 

The trailer previews the anime’s cast and the newly announced ending theme song “Love Will Find A Way” by THE RAMPAGE.

Additional cast members in the form of Daisuke Namikawa as Hinomoto “Major” Masaru and Akira Ishida as Kijima “Section Chief” Kota were announced as well. Meanwhile, EverdreaM was revealed to be the artist for the opening song “ENDLESS LABYRINTH.”

Rokudo’s Bad Girls is based on the Akita Shoten-published manga by Yuuji Nakamura, which ran from 2016 to 2021 with 26 tankoubon volumes. The manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion and published under the Shonen Champion Comics label.

The plot follows timid high school student Tosuke Rokudo, who is menaced by hoodlums. Things change when Tosuke uses a mysterious scroll passed down to him by his late grandfather that causes bad girls to fall for him.

The anime’s cast includes Gen Satou as Tosuke Rokudo, Sumire Uesaka as Ranna Himawari, Naomi Oozora as Sayuri Osanada, Yuki Yomichi as Azami Himeno, Misato Matsuoka as Tsubaki, Hitomi Sekine as Mizue Tsuyukusa, and Haruki Ishiya as Haruya Iinuma.

Meanwhile, the staff includes:

Keiya Saitou (Kirarin Revolution episode director) as director

Yuuichirou Momose (Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer) as series composer

• Shinya Segawa (Garakowa: Restore the World) as character designer

Shuumei Oonishi (Pet animation director) as sub-character designer

• Yoshimi Kawakami (Fairy Tail 2018) as color designer

• Inaho’s Yuujirou Yamane (If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord) as compositing director

• Mukuo Studio’s Kenichi Tajiri (Build Divide) as art director
