MangaPlaza, one of the U.S.’s largest digital manga content libraries, is celebrating its one-year anniversary by offering various special perks, promotions, and deals for its fans.
The MangaPlaza platform was first launched on March 1, 2022 and features titles from major Japanese publishers such as Kodansha and Kadokawa. Original manga series are also part of MangaPlaza’s growing catalog of content.

Subscription Membership Name Change & Additional Perks
MangaPlaza’s subscription membership will be rebranded and launched as a “Premium membership” that includes additional perks like 10% point rewards on individual chapter purchases.
New Account Sign-Up Bonus
New users will receive 100 points as a welcome gift for signing up on MangaPlaza for the first time.
Newsletter Subscription Bonus
For a limited time, 100 points will be given to all users who subscribe to MangaPlaza’s newsletter by March 31, 2023. Afterwards, users will need to register for a premium membership or make at least US$0.99 in purchases during the month of March.

Earn Points for All Chapter Purchases
Users can earn 20% to 40% in point rewards for all individual chapter purchases for a limited time between the following dates:
- • Part 1 (March 1-7): 40% point rewards for premium members only
- • Part 2 (March 8-31): 20% point rewards for all other users
Massive Discounts on Original Content
Users can also enjoy a 50% discount on almost all MangaPlaza original titles for a limited time.
Obey Me! Collaboration
A celebratory letter written by Obey Me! The Comic author Subaru Nitou is now viewable on the special collaboration page. MangaPlaza users can also enjoy a 50% discount for chapters two through five of the manga series.
CDawgVA Collaboration
Content creator and streamer CDawgVA hosted a special Twitch stream with MangaPlaza on March 1, 2023 to celebrate its first anniversary. For those who missed the stream, it can be viewed on a special webpage that also includes free and discounted content from MangaPlaza.
