HIDIVE Receives 14 Nominations for Three Shows at 2023 Crunchyroll Anime Awards

HIDIVE has announced that three of its exclusive anime titles were honored at the upcoming 2023 Crunchyroll Anime Awards. Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun, Call of the Night, and Ya Boy Kongming! received 14 nominations in total, including the “Best New Series” and “Best Continuing Series” categories.  

Crunchyroll has opened global fan voting for their favorite anime series from January 19, 2023 to January 25, 2023. The final results will be revealed at the Anime Awards live ceremony on March 4, 2023 through a global fan livestream. Festivities will take place for the first time in Japan at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa in Tokyo Japan. 

Many HIDIVE titles won numerous awards in the past, including the first season of Made in Abyss, which won both “Best Score” and “Anime of the Year” in 2018.
