The 16bit Sensation manga, which revolves around eroge development in the early 90s, is getting an anime adaptation.

16bit Sensation was originally a doujinshi created by Mitsumi Misato and Aquaplus’ Tatsuki Amazuyu that was published at Comiket from 2016. A Kadokawa-published manga by Tamiki Wakaki began in 2020 and has two tankoubon volumes as of November 2021.

The story begins in 1992 and follows Meiko Uehara, a college student who has a part-time job at a PC shop. However, it turns out that Meiko’s workplace is, behind the PC shop surface, actually a maker of erotic games. Meiko, who is skilled in drawing, winds up being asked to help with drawing 18+ illustrations.
