Kaguya-sama: Love Is War — The First Kiss That Never Ends Releases New Trailer

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War — The First Kiss That Never Ends has received a “mid-release” trailer that shows off more scenes. The trailer also features the ending song by Airi Suzuki and the insert song “Romantic Manifest” by halca.

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War — The First Kiss That Never Ends premiered in Japanese theaters on December 17. A TV broadcast will follow later.

The Kaguya-sama: Love is War anime began in 2019 and has three seasons so far, with the third season running from April to June this year. The anime is based on the Shueisha-published manga series by Aka Akasaka, which began in 2015 and ended with 28 tankoubon volumes in 2022.

Viz Media describes the manga as:

As leaders of their prestigious academy’s student council, Kaguya and Miyuki are the elite of the elite! But it’s lonely at the top… Luckily for them, they’ve fallen in love! There’s just one problem—they both have too much pride to admit it. And so begins the daily scheming to get the object of their affection to confess their romantic feelings first…

Love is a war you win by losing.

Like the rest of the series, the staff of Kaguya-sama: Love Is War — The First Kiss That Never Ends includes Mamoru Hatakeyama as director, Yasuhiro Nakanishi as series composer, Yuuko Yahiro as character designer, Risa Wakabayashi as art director, Kanako Hokari as color designer, Masaharu Okazaki as photography director, and Kei Haneoka as music composer. A-1 Pictures is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Makoto Furukawa as Miyuki Shirogane, Konomi Kohara as Chika Fujiwara, Ryouta Suzuki as Yuu Ishigami, Yumiri Hanamori as Ai Hayasaka, and Miyu Tomita as Miko Iino.
