The official Twitter account for Record of Ragnarok II has revealed that part one of the anime, consisting of the series’ first 10 episodes, will stream on Netflix on January 26, 2023. Part two, containing episode 11-15, will be released sometime later in 2023.
A new key visual and PV trailer for the anime have also been released. The first 12-episode anime season was released on Netflix on June 17, 2021.
The production staff for Record of Ragnarok II includes Masao Ookubo (Record of Ragnarok season one), Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Do It Yourself!!) and Yuka Yamada (Tokyo Mew Mew New) as screenwriters, Masaki Satou (Initial D Final Stage) as character designer, Yasunori Ebina (Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! season two) and Yasuharu Takahashi (Reincarnated as a Sword) as music composer. Graphinica is in charge of the animation production.
The manga series is written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui and illustrated by Ajichika. It has been serialized in Coamix’s Monthly Comic Zenon magazine since November 25, 2017.
