Mob Psycho 100 III Prepares For Epic Series Finale With New PV Trailer

The production team for Mob Psycho 100 III has revealed a new PV trailer teasing the series’ epic finale. The final story arc will begin with episode nine, which is scheduled to air on December 1, 2022. The third season premiered on October 5, 2022. 

The 30-second trailer highlights upcoming scenes from the series’ final episodes. 

The production staff for the third season features many staff from the first two seasons. It includes Yuzuru Tachikawa as chief director, Takahiro Hasui as series director, Yoshimichi Kameda as character designer, Hiroshi Seko as series screenwriter, Shihoko Nakayama as color designer, Ryou Kouno as art director, Mayuko Furumoto as photography director, and Kenji Kawai as music composer. Bones is once again handling the animation production. 

The anime series adapts ONE’s manga series of the same name, which was serialized in Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday magazine from April 18, 2012 to December 22, 2017. 16 tankoubon volumes have been released in total under the Ura Shonen Sunday Comics label.

Mob Psycho 100 III is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, which describes the third season as: 

In order to save the boss of The Claw, Suzuki, Mob absorbed all of the energy and caused a giant broccoli to sprout within the city. The broccoli is now revered as a divine tree by the Psycho Helmet Religion, and eventually, the whole city becomes enchanted by this dangerous tree. Now, Mob must figure out a way to cut down this divine tree with Reigen, Ritsu, and Teru, but will they be successful?

The third season of Mob Psycho 100 is currently ranked second on Anime Trending’s weekly Fall 2022 Top Anime Charts. Shigeo Kageyama/Mob himself placed second on the Top Male Characters Charts as well.
