Ize Press — Yen Press’s Korean content publishing imprint — has announced that it has acquired the license of two manhwa webtoons that include A Business Proposal and The Horizon. No firm release dates have been announced for the titles as of the time of this writing.
A Business Proposal is based on a web novel released on KakaoPage by HaeHwa between 2017 and 2018. After gaining increased popularity on the site, it was adapted into a manhwa webtoon comic by writers Guava Farm and Perilla, with new art by NARAK. Tapas Media released an English version of the webtoon on its website and app starting September 11, 2020.
The manhwa also inspired a 12-episode live-action South Korean romantic comedy television series. It aired from February 28, 2022 to April 5, 2022. Netflix has the streaming rights in select regions.
