A new “knee-ser visual” has been released to tease the upcoming Me & Roboco television anime series. The visual appears to show the detailed, muscular structure of the titular Roboco’s knees and legs in a colorful 3×3 panel.
A new key visual for the anime adaptation will be unveiled by the production team on September 26, 2022. The format of the series, as well as a specific premiere date in Winter 2023, should also be revealed at a later date. The animation staff and voice cast for the series are also currently unknown.
The original manga series by Shuuhei Miyazaki was first launched in Weekly Shonen Jump on July 6, 2020. Nine tankoubon volumes have been released as of August 2022. A 10th volume will be released on October 4, 2022.
Me & Roboco is available on the Shonen Jump+ and MANGA Plus apps. Viz Media releases the series in English for North America. It describes the synopsis as:
In a world where most families own a cute maid robot, average elementary kid Bondo hopes for one of his own. But the robot who shows up is anything but average! Meet Roboco—the wackiest, most powerful maid imaginable!
