Voice actors Kentarou Kumagai and Shou Nogami are joining the voice cast for the third season of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun. Kumagai will be voicing Ichiro Androafres while Nogami will be voicing his brother, Niro Androafres.
The third anime season is set to premiere on October 8, 2022 for a total of 21 episodes.
Kumagai and Nogami join much of the main voice cast returning from previous seasons. Some of the recent additional voice cast members for season three include Hiroki Yasumoto as Orobas Coco, Kishou Taniyama as General Furfur, Mariko Kouda as Lady Vepar, Masami Iwasaki as Mr. Hat, and Junko Takeuchi as Bachiko Barbatos.
Many of the staff members who worked on the first two seasons of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun are returning. The production team consists of Makoto Moriwaki (PriPara) as director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2) as series screenwriter and script supervisor, Yumiko Hara (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season two co-character designer) as the character designer, and Akimitsu Honma (Wotakoi: Love Is Hard for Otaku) as music composer. Bandai Namco Pictures is serving as the animation production company.
Osamu Nishi’s original fantasy manga is currently serialized in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shounen Champion since March 2, 2017. 28 tankoubon volumes have been released as of August 8, 2022, with a 29th due for release on October 6, 2022. Kodansha USA releases the manga in English.
The first season aired from October 2019 to March 2020 and the second season aired from April to September 2021. Crunchyroll licensed the anime and has streamed the first two seasons.
