Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours Film Reveals New Key Visual & PV Trailer

A new key visual and PV trailer has been released for the upcoming Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours anime film that will premiere in Japan on September 2, 2022. The new trailer showcases some of the main characters’ musical performances on stage. 

A special 1-hour TV anime special, commemorating the franchise’s 10th anniversary, will also broadcast on July 31, 2022 in preparation for the new anime film. All voice cast members from previous seasons of Uta no Prince-sama are reprising their roles. 

The production staff for the anime film is much like the anime TV special. Chika Nagaoka (Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love Kingdom) serves as director. Chinatsu Kurahana (Samurai Flamenco) is credited with original character designs and Maki Fujioka (Sailor Moon Eternal) is the anime’s character designer and chief animation director. Broccoli and Noriyasu Agematsu (Visual Prison) are credited with the original work. Elements Garden is composing the music and A-1 Pictures is in charge of animation production after working on the series’ previous seasons.  

The Uta no Prince-sama multimedia franchise has inspired many video games, spinoffs, manga, stage plays, and music. It has also received four television anime series and a 2019 feature film

Sentai Filmworks has licensed and streamed the first, second, and fourth season of Uta no Prince-sama for North America, as well as the film. They describe the first season as:
