Anime Music Video for ROF-MAO’s “Shitteiru Tegami” Released

“Shitteiru Tegami,” one of the songs from Nijisanji VTuber unit ROF-MAO‘s Crack Up!!! mini-album, has received an anime music video produced by Yostar Pictures.

The “Shitteiru Tegami” music video is directed, storyboarded, composited, and edited by Kentaro Waki, who previously performed the same roles for the Girls’ Frontline anime’s opening. Waki was also the composite director on shows like Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld and Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash.

Other main staff include Kouhei Tokuoka (Mirai-iro no Fuukei, Josee, the Tiger and the Fish co-clothes designer) as character designer and chief animation director and Takahiro Mogi (Golden Kamuy Season 3) as color designer. Bamboo’s Yusuke Takeda (Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s Song- art director) is credited with background art supervision, while Bamboo’s Takayuki Nagashima is credited with the background art.

Crack Up!!! was released on April 13, 2022. The ROF-MAO unit, composed of Hayato Kagami, Toya Kenmochi, Minato Fuwa, and Haru Kaida, began its activities on October 21, 2021. The unit’s first original song “New street, New world” was released on November 18, 2021.
