On March 25, 2022, Yen Press announced their newest manga and light novels releases for this September 2022. Some of the more notable titles to be published include the manga version of The Executioner and Her Way of Life, the Sugar Apple Fairy Tale light novel, and a novelization of Mamoru’s Hosoda’s Belle.
The Executioner and Her Way Of Life is a manga adaptation of the light novel series of the same name. The manga is written by Mato Satou and illustrated by Ryou Mitsuya. It was first published in Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine on June 5, 2020. Three tankoubon volumes have been released so far. Yen Press is also releasing the original light novels in English.
The light novels are also inspiring an upcoming anime adaptation that is set to air on April 2, 2022. The animation production will be handled by J.C. Staff and Sentai Filmworks have licensed the series’ global rights.

Sugar Apple Fairy Tale is a fantasy light novel series written by Miri Mikawa with illustrations by aki. It was first published under KADOKAWA’s Kadokawa Beans Bunko imprint on March 31, 2010 and concluded on February 1, 2015. 17 volumes of the series have been published in total.
Yen Press has also licensed the series’ manga adaptation and is releasing it through digital simulpublication. An anime adaptation of the light novel was also announced last October.

The manga version of the light novel series, I Kept Pressing the 100-Million-Year Button and Came Out on Top, will also see a release in the English market. The manga series is written by Shuuichi Tsukishima and illustrated by Shido Yuutarou. Yen Press also licenses the original light novel for North America.
It was first published in Kadokawa Shoten’s Young Ace Up magazine on February 25, 2020.

The manga adaptation of Sasaki & Peeps, based on the light novel series Sasaki to Pii-chan, is written by Buncololi and illustrated by Oshou Pureji. It was first published in Shounen Ace Plus on January 22, 2021.

Coffee Moon is a supernatural mystery manga series created by Mochito Bota. It was first serialized in Dengeki Maoh magazine on January 27, 2020.

So What’s Wrong with Getting Reborn as a Goblin? is an isekai fantasy manga series written by Miki Nazuna and drawn by Tsukasa Araki. It was first published in Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump magazine on February 26, 2020.

She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat is a slice-of-life cooking manga series written and illustrated by Sakaomi Yuzaki. It first began as a web manga published on the author’s Twitter and Pixiv profiles from March to December 2020. It was then formally serialized in Comic it on January 8, 2021.

Hara’s body positivity manga Embrace Your Size will also be released in North America for the first time. It’s described as a series of personal comic essays by the author on learning how to love herself and her body size.

Lastly, Yen Press also announced the release of the light novel adaptation of Studio Chizu‘s BELLE. The novelization based on Mamoru Hosoda’s 2021 film will be in bookshelves this coming fall. GKIDS licensed the film in North America and premiered it in theaters on January 14, 2022.
