The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent anime is getting a second season. Illustrations from the light novels’ illustrator Yasuyuki Syuri, the manga adaptation’s mangaka Azuki Fuji, and the manga spin-off’s Agu Ao have been released to commemorate the announcement, which comes on the day of the eighth light novel volume’s release.

The first season of The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent aired in 2021, with the main staff including Shouta Ibata (Domestic Girlfriend) as director, Wataru Watari (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU author) as series composer, and Masakazu Ishikawa (Aho Girl) as character designer. Diomedéa is the animation production company. Meanwhile, the main cast includes Yui Ishikawa as Sei Takanatsu and Takahiro Sakurai as Albert Hawke.

The Kadokawa-published light novel series by Yuka Tachibana began in 2017, with the manga adaptation and spin-off following in 2017 and 2020 respectively. The light novels are published under the Kadokawa Books label. The story began as a web novel on Shouetsuka ni Narou in 2016.

Seven Seas Entertainment describes the light novels as:

Could workaholic office lady Sei be a legendary Saint? Not according to the crown prince of another world who summoned her and quickly declared a different girl was the real Saint! That suits Sei just fine—she would much rather spend her days quietly helping people with her unbelievably powerful magic. But how long can Sei live her ideal life of leisure before her true nature is revealed?
