The first four volumes of Sousuke Toka’s Ranking of Kings manga are now available for pre-order on digital manga service BOOK☆WALKER. The manga will be released as digital e-books and will be translated for the first time in English. All four volumes are scheduled to be released on the platform on February 25.

Ranking Of Kings was first serialized in 2017 as an online web manga at Manga Hack. Enterbrain has collected and published 12 tankoubon volumes so far.

The manga inspired a critically acclaimed anime adaptation from Wit Studio that first aired last October. Crunchyroll and Funimation are both streaming the 23-episode anime series.

The anime was nominated for Anime of The Year, Best Fantasy, and Best Character Design at the 2022 Crunchyroll Anime Awards. Lead character Bojji was also nominated for the Best Boy category.

Funimation describes Ranking of Kings as:

Unable to hear, speak, or wield a sword, Prince Bojji doesn’t seem like a typical heir to the throne—and his kingdom agrees. But his fateful encounter with Kage, a shadow on the ground, gives him his first true friend. The two set off on a grand adventure and, together, form a bond that can overcome any obstacle…even being king.
