Magia Record Final Season Visual Released

A visual has been released for the upcoming Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Final Season -Asaki Yume no Akatsuki-, which is set to premiere in Spring 2022. The visual depicts protagonist Iroha Tamaki facing an oncoming enemy with her back towards the audience.

The anime is based on the 2017 mobile game by f4samurai, which is inspired by the 2011 Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime series. The second season of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, titled Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Season 2 -The Eve of Awakening-, ran from August 2021 to September 2021 with eight episodes, while the first season premiered in January 2020 and had 13 episodes. Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story Final Season was originally supposed to premiere in late 2021.

The second season’s main staff includes Gekidan Inu Curry’s Doroinu (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story chief director) as chief director and series composer, Yukihiro Miyamoto (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story assistant director) as director, Katsuhiko Takayama (Two Car) as co-series composer, Junichirou Taniguchi (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story) as character designer and chief animation director, and Akiyuki Simbo (Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story) as animation supervisor. Shaft is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Momo Asakura as Iroha, Sora Amamiya as Sachiyo Nanami, Shiina Natsukawa as Tsuruno Yui, Ayane Sakura as Felicia Mitsuki, Yui Ogura as Sana Futaba, Mikako Komatsu as Momoko Togame, Ayaka Ohashi as Kaede Akino, Kaori Ishihara as Rena Minami, and Kana Hanazawa as Kuroe.
