A TV anime adaptation of COLOPL, Inc.‘s Alice Gear Aegis game has been announced. A special announcement trailer narrated by Hoochuu Ootsuka was also released.
Like the 2021 Alice Gear Aegis OVA, the TV series is directed by Hirokazu Hanai as director and features character designs from Rikiya Okano, with Nomad being the animation production company again. Kenji Sugihara (A Certain Scientific Accelerator) is handling the series composition.
The original character and mecha designs are designed by Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise co-mecha designers Fumikane Shimada, Kanetake Ebikawa, and Takayuki Yanase. Pyramid is the original creator and supervisor.
Described as a “bishoujo x mecha 3D action game,” Alice Gear Aegis was first released in Japan in 2018 on Android and iOS, with a PC release following in 2019. Aside from anime, the game has inspired several manga and a light novel.

Alice Gear Aegis is set in a future Tokyo. Players take the role of a commander that leads an army called Tokyo Shard. Together with the Alice Gear girls, his job is to save the people who wander in the vast universe. Their first target is Narukozaka Manufacturing.
