Love of Kill Anime Gets New PV, Visual, Additional Cast, Reveals Theme Song Artists and January 2022 Premiere Date

The official website and Twitter account for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Fe’s Love of Kill (Koroshi Ai) manga released a new promotional video revealing the anime’s additional cast, theme song artists, and January 2022 premiere date. A key visual was also revealed.

The anime’s cast includes Saori Oonishi as Chateau Dankworth, Hiro Shimono as Son Ryang-ha, Kenyuu Horiuchi as Euripedes Ritzland, Kouhei Amasaki as Jim, Tomoaki Maeno as Hou, and Houchu Ohtsuka as Donny.

Toshiki Masuda performs the opening theme song “Midnight Dancer,” while Aika Kobayashi performs the ending theme song “Makoto Period.”

The anime’s main staff includes Hideaki Ohba as director, Ayumu Hisao as series composer and scriptwriter, Youko Satou as character designer, Toshimitsu Kobayashi as sub-character designer, Satou and Kobayashi as chief animation directors, Yasunori Saiki as action animation director, Masaki Mayuzumi as art director, and Aiko Yamagami as color designer. They all worked on 2021’s Dr. Ramune -Mysterious Disease Specialist-. Love of Kill also shares the same animation production company, Platinum Vision. Other staff members include Akane Fushihara (Sonny Boy) as photography director and Kei Yoshikawa (Mobile Suit Gundam AGE: Memory of Eden) as music composer.

The Love of Kill manga launched in Monthly Comic Gene in October 2015.

Yen Press publishes the manga in English and describes the story as:

She’s a professional hitman. And he…is also a professional hitman. And she’s his target. Caught in a deadly game of cat- and-mouse, will she fall first…or will he?
