The upcoming Super Crooks has received a main trailer, which previews the supervillain anime’s story and superpowered action.
The rest of the anime’s cast was also revealed, with Hiroshi Yanaka as Christopher Mads, Yasuji Kimura as Carmine/The Heat, Pierre Taki as Gladiator, Junichi Suwabe as Josh/The Ghost, Hisao Egawa as Salamander, Eiji Takemoto as TK McCabe, Tetsu Inada as Roddy Diesel, Subaru Kimura as Sammy Diesel, Wataru Hatano as Praetorian, and KENN as Forecast.
Previously revealed were Kenjirō Tsuda as Johnny Bolt and Maaya Sakamoto as Kasey.
Super Crooks is set to premiere on Netflix on November 25. It is an adaptation of Mark Millar’s comic series, which began in 2012 and ran for four issues.
The staff includes Motonobu Hori (Carole and Tuesday) as director, Dai Satō (Listener) as series composer, Takashi Mitani (Carole and Tuesday key animator) as character designer, and Stanislas Brunet (Carole and Tuesday world designer) as concept designer. Bones is the animation production studio.
