My Hero Academia Season 6 Announced

A sixth season of My Hero Academia has been announced, with the TOHO animation YouTube channel also releasing an announcement trailer for it.

The sixth season will see the heroes engaging in an all-out confrontation with the villains. Further details, such as its release date, will be revealed later.

The fifth season of My Hero Academia began in March and ended in September. It adapted the Joint Training arc, the Endeavor Agency arc, and the My Villain Academia arc.

My Hero Academia is based on Kōhei Horikoshi’s ongoing manga series, which began serialization in 2014 and has 31 tankōbon volumes as of August 2021. The anime series began in 2016. There have also been three anime movies. Both the movies and the series are produced by Bones.

Melvyn originally wanted to write about video games, so he spent a few years, starting from his college days, doing so. He still likes video games, but now focuses on writing anime-related news content and the occasional review for Anime Trending. Some of his free time is spent self-learning Japanese, both out of interest in the language and because English-translated light novels and manga are expensive.
