Ganbare Douki-chan To Stream on Muse Asia from September 20

Muse Asia has announced that it will stream the Ganbare Douki-chan anime from September 20.

Episodes will be released every Monday at 6:15AM (GMT+8) for Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Ganbare Douki-chan is based on the illustrations and manga strips by Yomu, which are uploaded on both Yomu’s Twitter and Pixiv profiles. They have been collected into five volumes as of August 2021. 

Muse Asia describes the show as:

The story follows an office lady, Douki-chan, who is working with Douki-kun in an office. Unbeknownst to Douki-kun, Douki-chan secretly has feelings for him. As Douki-chan struggles to confess her feelings, her rivals, both the kohai and senpai, continue to vie for his affection.

The anime’s staff includes Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend) as director, Yoshiko Nakamura (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle) as series composer, and Yuki Morikawa (Märchen Mädchen) as character designer. AtelierPontdarc is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Nene Hieda as Dōki-chan, Sumire Uesaka as Kōhai-chan, Asami Seto as Senpai-san, and Junya Enoki as Dōki-kun.
