Ani-One announced the addition of two more anime to its free-to-watch Summer 2021 lineup, namely RE-MAIN and Getter Robot ARC. The two anime join a slate that includes Peach Boy Riverside, Higurashi: When They Cry Sotsu, and the second season of I’m Standing on A Million Lives. Other upcoming Summer 2021 anime such as TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- are available for viewing with the Ani-One Ultra membership.
RE-MAIN is an original water polo anime by MAPPA, scheduled for release on Ani-One’s YouTube on July 4 at 1.30 AM (GMT+8). The first episode is set to air in Japan on July 3. The anime’s staff includes Masafumi Nishida (Tiger & Bunny) as chief director, series composer, and scriptwriter, Kiyoshi Matsuda (Kakegurui Season 2) as director, Kasei Tsukito as character drafter, Shiho Tanaka (Banana Fish) as character designer, and Kana Utatane (TaWaRa) as music composer. Korean boy band ENHYPEN will perform the anime’s opening theme song “Forget Me Not,” while Shūgo Nakamura will perform the ending theme song “Kowareta Sekai no Byōshin wa” (“The Second Hand of a Broken World”).
The main cast includes Yūto Uemura as Shimizu Minato, Kōtarō Nishiyama as Eitarō Oka, Subaru Kimura as Yuzuru Shiroshima, Lynn as Kawakubo Chinu, Sōma Saitou as Shōgo Amihama, Makoto Furukawa as Takekazu Ejiri, Tasuku Hatanaka as Yutaka Papayaro Inumata, Daisuke Hirose as Yoshiharu Ushimado, Hikaru Midorikawa as Akimitsu Bizen, Natsuki Hanae as Takeshi Toyama, Mahiro Takasugi as Akihisa Fukui, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Norimichi Ishikawa.
Getter Robot Arc is scheduled to premiere on July 4 at 8:30 PM (GMT+8) on Ani-One’s channel. The upcoming anime series is adapted from Ken Ishikawa’s Getter Robo Arc, the last arc in the Getter Robo manga series. The anime’s staff includes Jun Kawagoe (Getter Robo: Armageddon) as director, Tadashi Hayakawa (Cyborg 009 Vs. Devilman) as scriptwriter and supervisor, Kazuya Hoshi (Berserk) as character concept designer, and Hideyuki Motohashi (Hikaru no Go) as character designer. Yoshichika Kuriyama (Cyborg 009 Vs. Devilman) and Shiho Terada (Tropical-Rouge! Precure) are composing the music. Ken Ishikawa and Go Nagai are credited for the original work. Bee Media will be animating the series.
The anime’s cast includes Yūma Uchida as Takuma Nagare, Arihiro Mukaino as Sho Kamui, Kazuhiro Sunseki as Baku Yamagishi, and Naoya Uchida as Jin Hayato.

The manga’s story centers on the conflict against the Andromeda Country, the new enemy of humanity that seeks to destroy the source of the getter rays that has devastated its civilization.
