The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat Gets Teaser, Delay

The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat, or Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei Suru in Japanese, has received its first teaser trailer. The teaser of the light novel adaptation offers a preview of the anime’s characters, including the titular assassin’s pre-reincarnation and post-reincarnation forms. 

The teaser trailer also reveals that The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat will premiere in October; the anime was first announced with a July premiere window.

Aside from the teaser, a character visual was also released.

The staff includes Masafumi Tamura (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) as director, Tsuhiko Takayama (Xuan Yuan Sword Luminary) as series composer, and Eri Osada (Ensemble Stars) as character designer. Silver Link and Palette are in charge of the animation production.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Kenji Akabane as Lugh, Reina Ueda as Dia, Yuuki Takada as Tart, and Shino Shomoji as Māha.

The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat light novels are written by Redo of Healer‘s Rui Tsukiyo and illustrated by Reia. The first volume of the light novels was released in 2019. Six volumes are published as of February 2021, while the manga adaptation by Hamao Sumeragi has three volumes as of April 2021. The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat first began life as a serialized novel on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2018 before becoming a light novel series.

Yen Press describes the first volume of the light novels as:
