The official website for the anime adaptation of Coolkyoushinja and Johanne’s Peach Boy Riverside manga revealed a new promotional video for the anime. The anime will premiere sometime in July.
The anime’s staff includes Shigeru Ueda (Namu Amida Butsu! -Rendai Utena-) as director, Keiichirō Ōchi (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax) as script supervisor, Satomi Kurita (Princess Connect! Re:Dive) and Masato Katou (Date A Live) as character designers, Takaaki Nakahashi (Mannaka no Rikkun) as music composer, Maki Saitou (Death Note) as color designer, Takuya Imakado (Summer Wars) as prop designer, Takayoshi Fukushima (Anohana) as art director, Yoshihiro Sono (ID: INVADED) as art designer, Naho Hasegawa (Attack on Titan) as director of photography, Yuki Honda (Fruits Basket) as editor, and Ryō Tanaka (Durarara!!) as sound director. The animation production will be from Asahi Production.
The anime’s main cast includes Haruka Shiraishi as Sally, Nao Tōyama as Mikoto, M.A.O as Frau, Toshiki Masuda as Hawthorn, Megumi Toda as Carrot, and Jiro Saito as Inu/Dog.
Kodansha Comics releases the Peach Boy Riverside manga in English and describes its story as:
