Upcoming motorbike-themed anime Super Cub will premiere in April. A key visual featuring the three main characters was also released.
A promotional video for the anime, an adaptation of a light novel series written by Tone Koken with illustrations from Hiro, was previously released in June 2020.

The staff includes Toshiro Fujii (Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 67 director) as director, Toshizou Nemoto (Macross Delta) as series composer and scriptwriter, Tooru Imanishi (Girly Air Force) as character designer, Mineyo Oonishi (Strike Witches: Road to Berlin) as color designer, Nobuhito Sue (Toilet-bound Hanako-kun) as art director, and Shigeki Asakawa (Attack on Titan: The Final Season) as photography director. Studio KAI is in charge of the animation production, with Kusanagi in charge of the backgrounds.
The cast includes Yuki Tomichi (Sono Toki, Kanojo wa,) as main character Koguma, Ayaka Nanase (Blackfox) as Reiko, and Natsumi Hioka (Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town) as Shii Eniwa.
The story follows Koguma, a high school student with no parents, friends, or hobbies. When Koguma happens upon and buys a second-hand Super Cub, her days begin to change bit by bit.
