The results for the second Anime of the Week charts during the Fall 2020 anime season on Anime Trending keeps the dark fantasy, shonen anime JUJUTSU KAISEN at the top. The manga is by Gege Akutami and serialized in the Weekly Shonen Jump. MAPPA is in charge of the animation production.
Overall, the results remained relatively the same with TONIKAWA: Over the Moon For You (based on the romantic comedy manga by Kenjiro Hata) and Haikyu!!: To the Top 2nd Season (based on the Weekly Shonen Jump manga by Haruichi Furudate) holding their respective positions at second and third.
Top gainers this week include Adachi and Shimamura (based on the yuri light novel written by Hitoma Iruma and illustrated by Non) and Talentless Nana (based on the psychological manga written by Looseboy and illustarted by Iori Furuya), which both increased by two ranks and placed seventh and eighth respectively.
The top ten is very competitive, leaving other series like Akudama Drive at #11, Moriarty the Patriot at #12, and Higurashi: When They Cry – Gou at #13.
