Crunchyroll announced that it will be releasing an English dub for Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 2 and OVAs. The OVA dubs are set for 13 June and episode 15 will be released on 20 June.
The dubbed recordings were held remotely due to the ongoing pandemic. The main English dub cast includes:

Avid bookworm and college student Motosu Urano ends up dying in an unforeseen accident.
