Postponement due to COVID-19

The official Twitter account for The Millionaire Detective Balance: Unlimited (Fugo Keiji) issued a statement that new episodes will be postponed starting with the third episode due to COVID-19 coronavirus. The Japanese government recently issued a State of Emergency in response to the virus.

Episode 2 recently broadcast in Japan and simulcasted on Funimation and Ani-One YouTube on 16 April.

The TV anime series is inspired by the novel Millionaire Detective by Yasutaka Tsutsui. CloverWorks is animating the series with director Tomohiko Ito, series composition by Taku Kishimoto, and music by Yugo Kanno.

Funimation describes the show as:

Detective Daisuke Kanbehas no problems using his own fortune to solve crimes even if he assesses human lives based on their financial worth. Compassionate Haru Katosees all life as sacred and is sickened by Daisuke’s materialistic ways. Can they stop butting heads and overcome their opposing world views for the sake of solving the toughest crimes in the precinct?
